Staying warm throughout the winter months without popping the heating on all day long can prove to be a difficult task - especially for those still working from home full-time.

With energy bills still on the rise, many households are relying on Martin Lewis and his team to provide useful tips on how to save those pennies this winter, and one of those tips proving to be popular is to ‘heat the human not the home.’

Investing in the right clothes can make a huge difference, but Martin’s team of money saving experts also recommend getting extra warmth from electric blankets, heat pads, and foot warmers - with some costing less than 1p per hour to run.

For those who suffer with cold feet, one suggestion on the list is to grab a pair of heated insoles - and we’ve spotted a popular pair on Amazon for just £12.50.
