After Bianca Censori clutched a cushion in front of her belly, rumours about a new baby with Kanye West began to spiral.

During their Italian holiday, Bianca and Kanye have constantly been under fire for their strange, daring stunts. Between near-naked displays and being caught in a compromising position on a Venice boat, fans are certainly talking. This time, the newlyweds were seen leaving Da Cracco Restaurant in Milan.

Staying true to her recent theme of racy outifts, Bianca wore a sheer, nude bodysuit. It was completely strapless and, while included long nude stockings, still gave the illusion that she was naked.

Kanye has previously told James Corden that he wants seven kids. As of right now, he only has four children, all of which are with ex-wife Kim Kardashian. According to Kanye, he considers himself more of the 'stay at home' type. He told James that he prefers "being at home with my family at night as much as possible".
