Emmerdale fans 'solve' downfall of Lydia's rapist Craig in Kim Tate twist
Emmerdale viewers believe Lydia Dingle's rapist Craig will be caught out in upcoming scenes, in a twist involving Kim Tate on the ITV soap.
Viewers were horrified in recent scenes as Lydia was raped by a former flame in their work office. Craig and Lydia had bumped into each other after decades apart, not having seen each other since they were young teens.
Craig and Lydia grew up in the same children's home years ago, and the friends slept together leading to Lydia, real name Jenny, falling pregnant aged 15. Lydia gave birth alone but tragically the baby, Toby, was stillborn. Realising her baby had died, Lydia buried him in a woodland and ran away.

Lydia explained everything to Craig and all about her fleeing, and Craig and Lydia shared a moment.
As the pair got closer, Craig confessed his feelings to Lydia who was horrified and soon told him nothing could happen, and that she loved her husband Sam Dingle. But Craig cruelly ignored this and raped her, despite her telling him she did not want to sleep with him.

Since then Lydia has been in turmoil and has not told anyone about her rape ordeal. Craig has denied raping her and instead claimed it was consensual. With Lydia in a bad way, Craig has begun showing up at her house and harassing her to stop her exposing what he did to her.
Craig has begun manipulating her, claiming that if she reveals what happened she will lose everything including her husband Sam. In the latest episode he told her to "pull herself together", still denying that he raped her.

Viewers begged Lydia to tell someone the truth, and hoped Kim might find out and bring Craig down.
Taking to social media, one theory was that Kim would destroy Craig and ruin his business, exposing what he had done. Another theory saw fans predicting Lydia could end up killing her rapist, if Kim didn't get there first.
One fan posted: "Wait until Kim finds out what Craig did to Lydia and she’s goes after him." Another said: "She's just the person to destroy his business and bring him down," as a third tweeted: "I hope Kim makes him pay! He's vile."
On the latter theory, a fan wrote: "I’m starting to think that the Lydia story is starting to build up to Lydia killing him." Another said: "That's possible. He's becoming very obsessive over her. And I think Kim will cover for her."
