Stacey Solomon was left screaming in horror after finding a pair of haunted shoes in an Essex home in the latest instalment of Sort Your Life Out.

The TV presenter, 33, and her team of sorting experts arrived to the Farrow family's home to take everything out of their rental property and lay each possession out individually in a warehouse to show the true extent of their belongings crammed into their family home.

Loose Women star and National Television Award nominee Stacey and the team then got to work on the satisfying task of transforming their home as the family went through their most treasured items, reflecting on the tough times they've come through to get to where they are now.

The Essex farmhouse home was overrun with coats, shoes and laundry, sending the family's daily life on their busy farm into chaos. However, with the help of the team, Andy and Lianne, their three kids, Rys, Connor, and Amber, started to pack away all of their possessions. They’re worldly belongings were laid out in a giant warehouse, including 32 rolls of wallpaper, 81 satchels and handbags and 241 balls of wool.

When the family were left with only the must keep items, they were packed carefully and returned to the farmhouse before it was stylishly refilled by Stacey and her team, ready for the big reveal to the family.

While sorting out the house, Stacey came across a pair of old shoes hanging on a door and let out a screech as she joked they 'looked haunted'. The TV presenter then proceeded to head down to a basement filled with 'dead spiders' and bugs before running back up the stairs in fear.

Rob, Iwan, and Mrs Hinch were on hand with Stacey this week, as they helped mum Lianne come to terms with giving up some of her clutter. The mum-of-three struggled to see her kids letting go of their toys and husband Andy came to terms with his own responsibility and the guilt he feels about their messy house.

In the end, the family were blown away by Stacey's hard work as they became emotional over the zen and clean new home - with their very own laundry room.

Stacey channelled her inner Barbie in a five-tiered tulle dress featuring a corset-style strapless top adorned with pink sequins for Tuesday's National Television Award held at London's O2 Arena. The DIY guru and the Sort Your Life Out team had been up for the Best Factual Show award, but lost out to the late Paul O'Grady and his ITV show, For The Love Of Dogs.
