Emmerdale's Caleb Miligan's death 'sealed' after worrying 'sign' after attack
Emmerdale could be lining up a brutal death if the latest episode was anything to go by on the ITV soap.
Caleb Miligan was brutally beaten up by gangster Harry's thugs, after the pair had words over recent dodgy dealings going on at Caleb's car firm. Caleb had bought the firm recently, but had no idea manager Corey was doing illegal dealings with gangster Harry in secret.
From delivering parcels to stashing guns and other possessions, Corey was finally rumbled by Caleb's nephew Nate Robinson who tried to put a stop to it all, before realising he was out of his depth. He finally told Caleb what had been going on at the car firm leaving him furious, but he was keen to put an end to it.
On Thursday night Caleb arranged a meet-up with Harry in the fallout to some guns going missing. Caleb did his best to scare Harry and his men off, but they got the better of him and beat him up.
Caleb was left barely conscious on the floor, bleeding and bruised after being attacked. Clearly in bad shape, he was rescued by brother Cain Dingle and Nate who came to find out if he was in any danger. As Caleb clutched on to his side with blood everywhere, he was dragged back to his house.
EastEnders' Jake Wood's snap of son has fans pointing out the pair's likeness
Emmerdale could be lining up a brutal death if the latest episode was anything to go by (ITV)Cain asked Dr Liam Cavanagh to check him over, as Caleb reused to go to hospital despite needing medical attention. He feared what police involvement would mean, so refused the help. Liam assessed him, and at one point it wasn't look good.
Caleb was in and out of focus, and looked as though he was going to pass out but Liam managed to keep him alert. Giving him pain killers he told Caleb's son Nicky that his dad just needed rest but should be fine.
While Caleb continued to refuse medical attention, he did head off for some rest while Cain left, still not keen to make amends just yet. But Caleb clearly needed help, and was visibly deteriorating following what looked to be an extremely violent attack by three thugs.
So could tragedy be on the way for Caleb and the Dingles just as he and Cain look set to finally make things up? Is Caleb more injured than he and Liam have realised, or could it be a massive hint or foreshadowing of scenes to come later down the line? After all this isn't the first time this year he's been seriously injured and almost died!
