A Place In The Sun's Danni Menzies breaks silence on boyfriend claims
A Place In the Sun Star Danni Menzies has been forced to deny that she's been holidaying in Spain with her boyfriend.
The blonde Scottish TV presenter, who regularly fronts the property show on Channel 4, has been enjoying the sunshine in Spain alongside friends. However, she was forced to quash any rumours of a potential romance with a handsome-looking man on the trip as she revealed they're just friends.
On Wednesday Danni shared snaps from her Spanish holiday including one of her playing Monopoly alongside a topless male friend. Writing on her Instagram Stories, she shared: "Everyone thinks you’re on [holiday] with your [boyfriend] but actually you’re just stranded with your bestie that wants a new Bumble pic."

Yet the trip didn't go to plan as the group were caught out with the recent air traffic control failure, leaving themselves 'stranded' in Mallorca.
On Tuesday Danni revealed to fans that she had been caught up in the air traffic control chaos and was stuck in Spain. She shared: "Flight cancelled today! After sitting on a plane for five hours…. Airport carnage in Mallorca. Any idea on how I can get home ASAP with my heavily pregnant friend before Thursday as our best friend is getting married Friday!!! HELP! @British_Airways @Iberia." She then later wrote: "And now we’re stranded for the foreseeable."

The TV star is a regular face on Channel 4's A Place In The Sun (Handout)The star kept fans updated with her plans to try and return to the UK, including trying to fly to Amsterdam to then head home. She shared an Instagram Story from the airport in which she begged: "One of the flights is delayed to Amsterdam. Please don’t delay mine!" Then whilst at the gate she said: "We’re supposed to start boarding now, and the plane is still not here. First of two flights. Flight in Amsterdam is the last today. Wedding tomorrow lunchtime in the Midlands."
Danni joined hundreds of other holidaymakers who were all caught out by the air traffic control failure that put flights into chaos and caused many to be 'stranded' away from home. Christine McGuinness was also stranded as she failed to be able to get home with her three children.
Writing on social media, Christine said: "No idea when we can get a flight home but I feel very lucky, we found a place to stay and I get extra time to make more memories with my babies. I trust in the universe. I had jobs booked all week, a million things to do at home getting ready to prep for ‘back to school’ but... we were meant to stay longer, we have more memories to make, time with my babies is priceless."
