EastEnders clue you missed eight months ago that proved Fatboy is still alive
Fatboy made a shock return to EastEnders last night for a flashback cameo - but could he have been alive this whole time?
Following Ricky Norwood's cameo on the BBC soap in a scene with Cindy Beale yesterday evening, fans are now convinced he could actually be alive all this time. He was 'killed off' in a horrifying scene back in 2015 amid a storyline with Vincent Hubbard, but we never saw a body, so fans have been hopeful that he could have actually managed to get out of Walford alive.
Some viewers are convinced he knows the witness protection officer Mary, and is therefore in witness protection himself and could make his own return from the 'dead', and it looks like EastEnders dropped a huge clue eight months ago that Fatboy is still alive!
Could Fatboy be alive after all? (TV Grab)Eight months ago, we bid a heartbreaking farewell to Dot Cotton, who Fatboy was very close with during his time in Walford. Whilst we did see a shock return and appearance from Ian Beale, Fatboy was sadly nowhere to be seen - or was he?
Eagle-eyed fans noticed a clue that proves he is still alive, and hinted at his return to the BBC soap. Reiss was seen opening letters and cards of condolences sent to Sonia and one caught people's eye, with the significance becoming even clearer now.
EastEnders' Jake Wood's snap of son has fans pointing out the pair's likeness
In one scene, Reiss can be holding a With Deepest Sympathy card and if you look closely, you can see what's written on it. The message reads: "Mrs B – Forever in my heart. Arthur x." Fans have been left stunned by this, as Fatboy was known for always calling Dot Mrs B, and his real name is Arthur. Could this mean he's always been alive?
The card seemingly gives it all away... (BBC)Ricky has previously spoken out about making a return to the BBC soap. He said previously: "I mean, it's EastEnders and if you're a fan of EastEnders then you'll know that there are many characters that have died and come back.
"So, you know, anything is possible. EastEnders is such a big machine, they’re going in 100 different directions right now. They know my number, I’m still a friend of the family there. There ain't no hate, there ain't no animosity."
