Britney Spears 'finds unlikely ally in her mum' during post-divorce party life

Britney Spears and Sam Asghari split in early August and almost immediately, the pop princess began embracing her new found independence.

However, her fans are concerned and it's reported she could be heading to live with her mum. The songstress, 41, posted a video of a man licking her leg on Instagram recently. It was followed by a photo of four men lifting Britney poolside while she wore a only racy green dress and a smile. Her caption declared that these were, in fact, her 'fave boys'. She was then seen more recently out with a mystery man.

As fun as it may seem she's having, there are fears everything may be falling apart behind the scenes. It was reported that Sam was threatening to hold 'embarrassing' information over her head if she doesn't cut him a check. Her prenup helps prevent him tapping into her wealth, but it seems he has allegedly found a loop hole. To deal with the stress, a source said Britney may be turning to her mum.

A source told Heat Magazine: "Lynne is begging Britney to leave LA and live with her. LA is toxic and the only thing keeping her there was Sam. Lynne believes Britney can heal and regroup in Louisiana, then return to LA when she is ready."

Leaving LA may be critical to protecting Britney right now, too as she has been publicly open about one of her 'friends' in LA leaking information about her to the press, specifically her location. She implied in an Instagram post that she was followed on Malibu Canyon Road which she said is "the most horrible road ever to drive on".

She wrote: "When you go to meet up with a so called “friend” and drive an hour for chicken... I knew paps were tipped off because the car I was in was never used before … so how I was I followed ???"

To dip out of her current home to spend time with her family would be an unexpected move, though. There is years of bad blood and tension. Britney especially has a rocky relationship with her father who held her under a conservatorship for many years. Plus, she's publicly bashed her sister for her statements about her.

Britney has been getting closer to her brother again too, according to reports. He's been at her home following the divorce, so maybe turning to her mom wouldn't be that difficult for her.
