Stacey Solomon poses with rarely-seen second sister Samantha after workout
Stacey Solomon has shared a snap of her rarely-seen sister while working out together at the gym.
The Loose Women star took to Instagram on Sunday morning to update her 5.7million followers on her mission to get fit. Three months ago Stacey began working out at her home, using husband Joe Swash's old equipment – one machine particular was given to him by a guest onStacey's show Sort Your Life Out.
Stacey's sister, Samantha Stone, is a personal trainer and has been helping the former X Factor contestant get a flair for fitness. Samantha is a trainer at fitness club Barry's UK and an ambassador for Nike Training Club, and she also has her own workout page, called The Stone Method.
However, she is rarely in the spotlight so Stacey's followers may have been surprised to see Samantha on the 33-year-old's Instagram Stories. The siblings posted together in a snap as they both donned workout gear and Stacey grinned while she had an arm wrapped around Samantha. The pair were stood at the top of a set of stairs and Stacey later revealed her sister had "dragged her out of bed" for a workout. Writing on the social media platform, the star said: "Happy Sunday everyone.
"Nearly three months ago I decided to dust the cobwebs off of Joes gym stuff in the shed and give it a go & I'm so proud I haven't given up. Grateful for my sister who still has to drag me out of bed at 6am on a Sunday @samantha.stone1 (laughing emoji). I love you as much as I hate you at this point Sam (two laughing emojis)."

Stacey got into fitness after using Joe's abandoned gym equipment at Pickle Cottage (instagram/ @staceysolomon)Samantha is married to Aaron Stone, who is a TV producer for Gogglebox, and the pair are parents to adorable baby daughter Poppy and baby son Axel. Stacey has previously explained her relationship with Samantha. The star said earlier this year: "I promised I'd introduce my other sister to you and Samantha Stone did not love this! She's the funniest and craziest of all of us. But is the most camera shy person I know."
On another occasion she explained: "Loads of you were like, 'I did not know you had another sister, where have you been hiding her?' She's actually my step-sister but I would never call her that because we grew up together, so she's my sister."
"All together there's like seven of us," Stacey added. "We were a really big blended family. So I've got one step-sister, two step-brothers, my brother and sister and then my dad and step-mum had another baby so I've got another half-brother.
"I call them all my brothers and sisters. I would never call them 'steps' just because it feels weird because we grew up like brothers and sisters."
