Britney Spears 'gave husband Sam Asghari a black eye when he was asleep'
Britney Spears allegedly gave Sam Asghari a "black eye" when he was sleeping ahead of the pair splitting after one year of marriage, it has been claimed.
41-year-old Britney allegedly repeatedly punched Sam, who didn't retaliate. The incident is said to have happened earlier this year, when Sam was pictured with a black eye and bitemarks on his forearm.
Security allegedly often had to step in, but on one occasion, they were reportedly unable to prevent the alleged harm. While he was sleeping in his bed, Britney allegedly punched him, but Sam did not hit back.
As a result of her alleged violence, Sam was apparently often terrified of Britney. The sources also alleged to TMZ that Britney would "fly of the handle" at the smallest issues.

It was reported on Thursday that Sam, 28, and Britney had called time on their relationship after the popstar wiped all trace of him from her social media and was pictured without a wedding ring.
The pair's split was allegedly sparked by a relationship-ending fight after Sam allegedly confronted Britney about cheating rumours. While the rumours have not been substantiated, sources said that this confrontation caused a huge fight.
The sources also told TMZ that Britney had an obsession with knives that was unnerving to Sam. According to the source, Britney "was paranoid someone was going to get her, and she needed the knives as protection". They accused Britney of hiding knives throughout the house, including in their bedroom.

Instead, Sam has been largely absent off of social media, but in his last post from a couple weeks ago, he was not wearing his wedding ring.
Britney broke her silence after the rumours, but did not address them at all. Instead, Britney posted a photo of herself on a horse, explaining how she wanted to buy one.
It has now been revealed that Sam has officially filed for divorce from the Womaniser singer, citing "irreconcilable differences". Court documents stated the couple had separated almost three weeks ago, before the official divorce filings were made and news of their split surfaced.
The documents, which were filed at a Los Angeles court on Wednesday, state that Asghari intends to obtain financial support from Spears. He also intends to have her pay for his lawyers. The filing also states the value of Spears' and Asghari's assets, and those they own jointly, has yet to be determined.
Britney and Sam first met back in October 2016 on set for her Slumber Party music video, they began dating shortly thereafter. The duo got engaged in September 2021 after her conservatorship ended and they got married on Jun 9 2022 in a ceremony attended by stars such as Paris Hilton.
