Britney breaks silence with cryptic message after husband files for divorce

Britney Spears has shared a bizarre post about buying a horse just minutes after it was reported that it her husband Sam Asghari is filing for divorce.

The pop superstar shared a snap of her riding a stunning horse while wearing a yellow bikini. The caption reads: "Buying a horse soon!!! So many options it's kinda hard. A horse called Sophie and another called Roar. I can't make up my mind!!! Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on??? Either way I think I found my sweet spot with Roar."

The new post comes just hours after Britney wiped all photos from Sam off her Instagram page. She was also seen driving around LA without her wedding ring.

TMZ reports that Sam officially filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the breakdown of their love. A source also tells the news outlet that Sam intends to contest the prenup, and is threatening to share "extraordinarily embarrassing info" about the singer if she doesn't agree. The Mirror has contacted Britney and Sam about the allegations.

Reports suggest the couple's split came after a huge row, in which Sam confronted Britney about cheating rumours. It's not known if these are true. The Mirror has contacted both Britney and Sam's reps for comment.

They have both allegedly moved out of their marital home, but Britney was seen driving in the area earlier today.
