'My neighbour's affair is disrupting my sleep - so I ruined their romance'
Living next to noisy neighbours can be a real pain, and many of us would do anything to stop them from blasting loud music late at night or starting a DIY project that completely ruins your quiet Sunday afternoon. But one man is at his wit's end with his neighbour's antics, as she constantly disrupts his sleep by having loud sex at "odd hours" of the night.
What's more, the man has discovered that his neighbour's partner is actually a married man who visits her at bizarre times of the night so he can go back to his family before the morning. So, taking matters into his own hands, the man decided to do some digging on his neighbour's lover - and eventually managed to find his wife on social media.
In a post on Reddit, he recalled: "So I'll start with understanding what I did wasn't exactly 'right', but I regret nothing. My upstairs neighbour has been having an affair with a married man for about four months now. I wouldn't care, but because it's an affair he comes over at odd hours of the night and they have sex very loudly (I can hear a lot) and it wakes me up and prevents me from sleeping. How do I know it's an affair? He's never spent the night and his car has baby car seats in there.
"Some back story, I've had issues with my upstairs neighbour prior to this. She would throw parties on Monday nights, she gets home at 2am from work and has loud phone conversations. She's 40 years old throwing parties with 20 year olds and having affairs and living like a teenager. I tried to talk to her like a normal person about my concerns but she doesn't care and I've had to get the association involved to stop the parties. I hate her.
"So I decided to learn some more about this mystery man. I looked up the license plate, found an address, searched the address and found a name. Took the name and did some social media stalking and found the man and his wife's profiles. I made a throwaway account and messaged the wife about the affair. I haven't seen him now for a few weeks and I'm sleeping really nicely."

And in the comments, people praised the man for his actions as they said he'd done the right thing by the man's wife, as she's now aware of her husband's cheating. One person said: "You did the wife a favour," while another added: "What you did WAS right though, f**k cheaters," and a third wrote: "Cheaters deserve less than nothing. You did the right thing."
