Cher's $42.5 million mansion off the coast of Miami Beach has officially hit the real estate market.
The pop superstar bought the stunning home for $1.5m in the mid-nineties and nearly tripled her money when she sold it for $4.35 million three years later.
In 1993, the Florida mansion was bought by Calvin Klein cofounder Barry K. Schwartz, and now, the current owners, James Eaton and his wife Cecily, are ready to sell the estate again to a lucky new owner. The couple purchased the home only three years ago for $17 million but now it has skyrocketed in price being sold for a shocking $42.2 million. It is unclear why the Eatons are interested in selling as the mansion is one of only 30 waterfront homes located on the exclusive island.
