EastEnders character Suki Panesar has BBC One viewers concerned that she is about to suffer from a serious health battle after tonight's episode.

Suki, who works in the famous Albert Square mini-mart, hasn't been herself in recent episodes, and tonight viewers were left gasping when she almost fell to the ground and fainted in front of Eve.

After Suki has displayed a number of worrying health symptoms, eagle-eyed EastEnders viewers are now convinced that they know what is behind Suki's condition. While some viewers have predicted that Suki could be pregnant, others are certain that Suki could be faking any illness she may be projecting.

One viewer took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to suggest that Suki has been 'faking' her symptoms due to the fact she has done a similar thing before. "Suki has a history of feigning illness, like faking cancer, but perhaps this time her ailment is genuine and won't be taken seriously #Eastenders," they wrote.

Another predicted: "Suki is constantly ill. Are the writers going to make her pregnant." However, someone else disagreed: "The rumors about Suki being pregnant should be dismissed right away; it's unlikely because it doesn't make sense. There are other health issues a female character can face that aren't related to pregnancy."

Elsewhere, another viewer suggested a more sinister possibility as they suggested that Suki could have been poisoned by Nish. "There's a possibility that Nish might be poisoning her. This would be another instance contributing to the psychological and mental abuse," the EastEnders fan wrote.

"Omg it would make so much sense that Nish is poisoning her. How is she always so sick? There's no other possibility I feel," another agreed. After Suki almost fainted in front of Eve, she forced the mini-mart worker to see the doctors, where she was given a prescription for anxiety medication.

EastEnders continues tomorrow at 7.30pm on BBC One.
