Shirley Ballas, 62, shares risqué snap as fans gush over 'gorgeous' star
Shirley Ballas has shared an exciting update from her recent Portugal holiday, much to the delight of her devout fanbase.
The Strictly Come Dancing judge took to Instagram on Saturday to post a new video from her vacation at Juicy Mountain, a detox retreat nestled in the centre of the Mediterranean country.
In the heavenly clip, Shirley can be seen jumping into a clear lake, breaking a sweat at indoor cycling and modelling her gorgeous black swimsuit on a wooden boardwalk. The summery post also includes a photo of the 62-year-old sunbathing without a bikini top on a boat, proving once again men aren't the only ones who can go topless on hot days.
In her lengthy caption, Shirley revealed that she enjoyed "a little bit of everything" during her stay at the rustic health retreat, including "juicing, yoga, exercising, walking, spinning and jiving." She also said that she took a digital detox while abroad, adding, "I switched off my phone, swam in the lake and went naked by the sea."

Juice Master, for "all that you do." She then gave a shout-out to her "dear friend," Laura Sinclair, who accompanied her on the wholesome trip.

In the comment section below her post, Vale, 54, revealed that Shirley had also delivered a VIP lesson in what she knows best for her fellow residents.
"THANK YOU again for giving up your time to put on a dance class for myself and the guests," the English health guru said, after gushing that it had been 'amazing' to see her.
Fans of Shirley were quick to shower the BBC One star with sweet words, many of which were complimenting her glowing appearance and inspiring attitude.
"Looks like your having a great time Shirley, looking fab as always," one person wrote, while another said, "The way you jumped into the lake at the end! It felt very carefree and relaxed."

"I’ve constantly had people tell me I needed to be thinner or that I had to look a certain way," she captioned a post of her wearing a bikini in 2016 and again 2023. "Comments throughout my life have always stuck with me and in my past they’ve made me feel conscious of how I look. Sadly I thought that validation from others was necessary. But turning 63 in September and heading into my seventh series on @bbcstrictly I’m proud of myself and pleased with how I look. I feel good in my own skin."
