A woman has shared her weight loss hack for a "lazy girl lunch" she says helped her lose 140lbs.

Felicia Keathley, from California, shared her "delicious" hack on Instagram with her 477,000 followers - with just three ingredients. Regularly sharing fitness and lifestyle advice, Felicia's recipe for her lunch has now attracted thousands vowing to follow her advice.

The 27-year-old shared how her go-to ingredients for the super-quick lunch included some chicken, low-fat cottage cheese and grated cheddar cheese. Mum-of-three Felicia shared a video showing her scooping one up of the cottage cheese into a bowl, followed by one-fourth of a cup of cheddar cheese. Felecia then takes chicken strips from an air fryer cooked for just eight minutes.

Felicia then gives the three ingredients a mix after just 10 minutes of preparation, telling her followers: "That’s all! Takes 10 minutes to make and keeps me full for so long!" The video has been viewed more than 248,000 times and has received nearly 200 comments since it was posted on July 6.

Fans shared their responses to the video, saying the quick lunch looked delicious. One said: "Oooo I'm trying this!!!' one fan responded. Down 99 lbs with more to go. I bet Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce would be fire. Thank you for sharing!!!" However, others weren't so keen on adding cottage cheese to the meal, with one person adding: "I really can't imagine eating chicken and cottage cheese together... the thought is making my stomach turn.", writes the Mail Online.

'I love this lunch idea. I just wish I liked cottage cheese. It's the texture I can't handle,' someone else agreed. Another added: "Actually eating this for lunch this week. Definitely a favourite and I thought I didn't like cottage cheese!" Another fan dded: "I tried this and it's delicious!. Thank you!."

Felicia says the lazy girl lunch helped her to "lose and maintain 140lbs", adding it was "Quick, easy, high protein and DELISH — it looks weird but just TRUST!!!" she wrote in the caption.

Felicia weighed 302 pounds when she started her weight loss journey in 2017, helped by the Weight Watchers programme.On another of her posts, Felecia said: "Making alternatives to my fav foods that fit into my lifestyle CHANGED THE GAME. "Once I started eating meals I actually enjoyed and looked forward to, is when I was finally able to be successful."
