Tina Arnold has showed off her amazing transformation, proudly saying he changing appearance has been down to exercise and healthy eating.

The 1000-Lb Best Friends star took to Instagram to share side-by-side before and after images as she continues her weight loss journey. The 42-year-old reality TV star gave off a hugely positive vibe in the most recent picture as she stood with her hand on her hip.

Tina wore a grey vest top with a multi-coloured unicorn emblazoned on the front. She chose to wear it with a three-quarter length pair of jeans. She also sported a new hairstyle as her blonde locks were noticeably longer.

In the 'before' image, share wore a sleeved black Barbie top and loose fitting black shorts. Opening up about her transformation, Tina also hit out at those who had been critical of her journey so far. She wrote: "THIS IS REALITY: There y'all go.

"A side by side so you can see what progressive weight loss looks like without surgery. This is exercising and eating right… it takes longer, but it’s happening. Now those of you who just want to be negative and try to tear someone else down… try clapping for the progress instead and remember what it is to be human."

Her upload was met with a wave of positivity from her followers. One user praised: "You look amazing go girl youve got this nothing wrong with doing this without surgery. Keep going."

Another added: "Slow and steady, you go girl!!" And a third wrote: "Yessss a small victory is always a big victory to those who Gaf ! You look great! Continue to take care of yourself."

Tina regularly shares updates of her progress on social media. She has also recently opened up on her new passion and career choice after rising to fame on the reality TV show. Last month she revealed she was starting Tina Arnold Photography and has uploaded a number of her images to her page.

She has also been a keen advocate of positivity, often sharing key sayings and slogans to keep her fans and followers in an upbeat mood.
