'Giantess' finally meets her match with shortest partner she's ever had
A woman has finally met her match after she feared she would never find love due to her height - and even though the couple get negative remarks about their height difference, they couldn't be happier.
Lizzy Jade Groombridge is 6ft 3in, and claims she doesn't agree with society's outdated views on how men and women should look when it comes to height. The 29-year-old from Camborne, Cornwall, happily calls herself a 'giantess' and her boyfriend James, 30, who is smaller than her, being 18 centimetres shorter at 5ft 8in, doesn't seem to mind either.
Despite the pair never seeing eye-to-eye in a literal sense, they are on the same level when it comes to not being bothered about a height difference although people say James gets 'dominated' by his taller girlfriend.

She also explains how men want to 'worship' her giantess status, and now regularly posts videos showing off her height.
The social media marketer explained: "The 'giantess' label has been perceived as a fantasy, but for me, being a giantess means being different and standing out in a bold but positive way. James and I often get stares from other people in the street and many questions about our height difference.

"I like to be authentically myself and encourage women to wear heels and own themselves. I don't try to build up a fake image as my entire personality online. When I was younger, I always thought I'd be with someone taller, my insecurities told me I couldn't be with someone shorter, however, as I learned to love my height, I realised it's society's issue."
Growing up, Lizzy claims men felt 'emasculated' and 'insecure' when it came to her height as she was always taller than guys in her glass, and she faced a lot of problems in her younger years, leading to her feeling insecure in herself and spilling into problems in her love life.
Although she now parades her glowing confidence, it has taken a while for her to feel like this as she explained: "I was always the tallest person in my school years, including all the boys in my classes as she was already six-food at aged 15. At around 15, I had already hit six feet tall, which always made me feel different and not as feminine as the other girls.
"Society assumes men should always be bigger than their female partners, which impacted my love life for a while, as I would feel embarrassed by my height and men would react by feeling quite emasculated and insecure at times. They even made me feel like I shouldn't wear heels. It wasn't until I built myself up on social media that I began to feel confident in myself, and I was positively noticed for my height and James sees past the height difference. He's quite a masculine guy who is happy to make videos with me in a light-hearted way.
"People have made the odd negative comment about my height making him look like he gets dominated, which has become a trend on social media apps for men to fantasise about and sexualise taller women. But the positives of sharing our difference still outweigh the negatives and I think it's important to dissociate myself from this part of the online world and use my platform to inspire and educate people on loving themselves and being content with who they are."
