Gemma Atkinson shares amusing but brutal comment from daughter Mia
Gemma Atkinson laughed off a hilariously brutal comment from her daughter after giving birth to her second child.
The former Hollyoaks star, 38, and her fiancé Gorka Marquez announced the arrival of their baby boy earlier this week.
However, she confessed their four-year-old daughter Mia was less than impressed with Gemma’s post-pregnancy figure, and decided to give her mum an honest review.
The actress took to social media to share the hilarious comment, and posted on her Instagram Stories.
“Mia just sat me down, looked me in the eye with that deep in thought look and said, ‘Mummy, why does your tummy still look like it has a baby in it even though my brother is out?’,” she wrote.

She shared Mia's brutal comment on social media (glouiseatkinson/Instagram)Her daughter’s remark comes just days after Gemma welcomed her son into the world and shared news of his birth on Instagram.
“Little man is here! He arrived safe and sound and he's utterly wonderful," she wrote, alongside blue love heart emojis.
Gemma and Gorka are yet to reveal the name they have chosen for their baby son and the pair have not yet shared a snap of the bundle of joy either.
Former Hollyoaks star Gemma had high praise for her daughter, who she said would be helping her as dad Gorka prepares to head off to rehearsals for Strictly Come Dancing later this month.
“Mia is already the mother hen we expected her to be. We're all home together soaking up this lovely little bubble for Gorks has to leave for Strictly rehearsals next week,” she explained.
“Thank you for all the lovely well wishes. Our family is complete,” Gemma sweetly added.
Gorka shared his fiancée's statement to his own Instagram page.
Gemma and Gorka met when she competed on the 2017 series of Strictly Come Dancing, when she was paired with professional dancer Aljaž Škorjanec and he was dancing with Alexandra Burke.
They began dating when they travelled across the UK on the Strictly tour in 2018, and welcomed daughter Mia just one year later.
