Royal fans have celebrated Queen Camilla’s 76th birthday as husband King Charles also paid tribute.

The new Queen is celebrating her first birthday as queen consort, with a gun salute taking place in her honour in London to mark the occasion.

She turned 76 today, following a week where she enjoyed a trip to Wimbledon and visited Cornwall too.

Royal fans took to social media to wish her a happy first birthday in her new position following the Coronation.

Some marvelled at sharing the same birthday as her, whilst others wished her well with almost entirely positive and glowing responses.

Along with her sister Annabel Elliot, Camilla made a surprise appearance at Wimbledon on Wednesday, last week.
