Confidential Emmerdale script 'found in bin' as secret plot lines exposed by fan
A confidential Emmerdale script was found in a bin by a fan on tour of the soap's set, it has been reported.
The £35 tour in Leeds offered fans a closer look at the soap last month, including the Dales residents' houses - and their bins.
Ticket holders were told they could use the bins as normal because they were not props, however, after putting his water bottle in the rubbish, one fan claimed he got more than he bargained for.
He said: "I just went to put a plastic bottle in and all of a sudden I saw the scripts, so I snapped a photo of them.
“It was a normal black bin on the set behind where the props for Chloe Harris’ house are.

The script is said to have been labelled confidential and includes plot lines involving Jai Sharma and his dad Rishi, played by Chris Bisson and Bhasker Patel respectivley.
The Sun claims it has agreed with ITV not to reveal any more details about the script - which reportedly belonged to a staff member - in order not to spoil things for the soap's legion of loyal viewers.
The outlet reports an ITV spokesperson said: “We do take security very seriously as we know our audience don’t like knowing plotlines in advance.
“We will try to get to the bottom of how these scripts went missing.”
The Mirror has contacted ITV for comment.
Viewers found out earlier this month businessman Jai was adopted, a revelation he has since struggled to come to terms with.
Some Emmerdale fans now think they have rumbled the reason why Rishi became his father after recent developments in the soap's new storyline.
Just weeks ago Jai was stunned to find out Rishi was not his biological dad and had adopted him when he was a baby.
Curiously, Rishi suggested to Jai he kept the secret while it's clear he and mum Georgia are hiding something.

This week Rishi confided in his nephew Suni about the drama, leaving viewers to suspect his sudden arrival in the Dales made him involved in some way.
Others reckon a dark is being kept under wraps by the Sharma family, which will soon be revealed when Georgia returns to the village later this year.
Emmerdale airs weeknights at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX, with an hour-long episode on Thursdays.
