A llama has shot into the limelight after attending a wedding dressed in his very own tuxedo. J the llama, from Llama Adventures, served as a groomsman at Adam and Tara's special day at the Maison Albion venue in Albion, New York.

The outgoing animal watched on as the happy couple said their 'I dos' and even made it into the wedding album, posing with the bride and groom alongside their closest friends and family. Photographer Cathy Craft, from The Crafted Creative, told Newsweek: "At first, I thought it was a groomsman dressed as a llama, but when he turned, I saw that it was the other way around. I have seen couples include their dogs, but this was a first.

"The bride was absolutely delighted and the guests thoroughly enjoyed it as they waited for the ceremony to begin. It put a smile on everyone's face." Llama Adventures is on a mission to "bring the joy of llamas to everyone", allowing animal lovers to visit their llamas at the farm, hike with them, or even 'adopt' them.

For $12 (£9) per participant with a $200 (£156) minimum, they allow their animals to be booked out for the day to attend a two-hour long event. Llama Adventures website reads: "What could be better than having your party or event surrounded by llamas?!

"We can host your party right at the farm in a quiet, peaceful setting surrounded by lovable llamas. Special activities can include a mini hike, llama games, llama obstacle course, meeting babies, and feeding the llamas." After sharing news about J's outing on Facebook, the llama quickly won over fans, as users commented on how "dashing" he looked.

In response, one user commented: "Oh my! I absolutely love these!" while another user added: "This made my whole life! Pure genius! 100% stud." A third user said: "This is hecking adorable and so cool", and one more user responded: "This is the cutest and sweetest idea I've ever seen."
