Sarina Wiegman's Lionesses suffered a potential injury scare in open training after Alex Greenwood exited the field.

The England team, who are in their second week of camp ahead of the Women's World Cup are already going out to Australia without Leah Williamson and Beth Mead, and it was a close call today at training for Alex Greenwood.

During a 6 v 6 training session at St George's Park, Greenwood went down and immediately was surrounded by her teammates.

Greenwood, who was seen lying on the pitch for several minutes looked to be in pain with her shin.
