Khephren Thuram responds to Liverpool transfer links amid 'dream' admission
Liverpool’s 2022/23 season did certainly not go the way that any will have hoped.
The Reds ended the season trophyless and failed to secure a place in the Champions League after finishing fifth in the Premier League. To rub salt into the wounds, they could concede their FA Cup title to one of their biggest rivals as Manchester City and Manchester United come together at Wembley.
Despite that, there is some positivity heading into the summer with Liverpool having already identified a host of potential targets. Take a look at all of the headlines coming out of Anfield over the past 24 hours:
Thuram responds to transfer links
Liverpool transfer target Khephren Thuram has spoken out about a potential move to Anfield this summer, insisting he is "happy" at Nice. Speaking at the UNFP Awards, he said: "I want to progress, go on the field, have fun.
"For now, I'm in Nice. It's going very well. I really like the club, so I still see myself in Nice. I am very well in Nice.

Van de Ven makes “dream” Liverpool admission
Another Reds target Micky van de Ven has admitted that it is a “dream” for him to play at Anfield. Speaking to AZ WAZ, the Wolfsburg defender said: “I once went to the Liverpool stadium with my dad.
“That was over Christmas on Boxing Day. Liverpool vs Arsenal. That was madness. Then when ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’ comes [on] – that’s a goosebump moment, that was very cool. It’s a dream to play there.”
Van de Ven has been linked with a switch to Merseyside this summer with Klopp keen to add to his defensive options.
