Jeff Stelling's final Soccer Saturday show will start at 3pm on Sunday.

The iconic TV presenter is leaving Sky Sports' flagship football results show after nearly 30 years in the hot seat. Stelling will present Soccer Saturday for the final time on Sunday, covering the final round of Premier League fixtures. As the landmark show is not taking place on Saturday, it will be referred to as 'Soccer Special'.

It promises to be an emotional goodbye for Stelling, who has been a staple of English football coverage for nearly three decades. Here is everything you need to know ahead of the Hartlepool legend's final appearance on Sky Sports.

What time does Soccer Saturday start?

Soccer Saturday will start at 3pm on Sunday, May 28.

The programme will start with a 90-minute build-up show before the Premier League action gets underway. Once the season ends at around 6:30pm, a one-hour review between Stelling and four pundits will take place. The show is scheduled to end at 7:30pm.

What has Jeff Stelling said ahead of his exit?

Stelling announced his Soccer Saturday departure a month ago. He said: "It is groundhog day, it is that time of the year, every year, where I announce I am leaving Sky Sports and Soccer Saturday. But this time it is true."

Sky Sports' director of football Gary Hughes added: "He [Stelling] will be sorely missed. Jeff has been synonymous with Saturday afternoon football for decades, exciting and enthusing football fans everywhere.

"His unique broadcasting ability and passion for the game has made Soccer Saturday an unmissable fixture for fans and has won him a multitude of awards."

What are Sunday's Premier League fixtures?

Here are the final 10 Premier League fixtures of the season...

  • Arsenal vs Wolves
  • Aston Villa vs Brighton
  • Brentford vs Manchester City
  • Chelsea vs Newcastle
  • Crystal Palace vs Nottingham Forest
  • Everton vs Bournemouth
  • Leeds vs Tottenham
  • Leicester vs West Ham
  • Manchester United vs Fulham
  • Southampton vs Liverpool

What are the Premier League permutations?

Two of Everton, Leicester and Leeds will be relegated on the final day of the season. Everton (33 points) are in pole position to stay up and will be safe with victory against Bournemouth. If they fail to do that, they need results elsewhere to go in their favour.

Leicester (31) will be safe if they beat West Ham and Everton fail to beat Bournemouth thanks to their superior goal difference. Because of their poor goal difference, Leeds (31) need to beat Tottenham and hope Everton and Leicester fail to win.

If Everton draw and Leicester draw or lose, Leeds can only stay up if they beat Tottenham by three goals or more. Southampton (24) are already relegated.

Manchester City (89) have already won the title, with Arsenal (81) guaranteed to finish second. The top-four race is also done, but Manchester United (72) need to beat Fulham to guarantee third spot ahead of Newcastle (70). Liverpool (66) will finish in fifth.

Brighton (62) are guaranteed Europa League football in sixth, but the Europa Conference League spot is still up for grabs. Villa (58) will get over the line if they beat Brighton or better Tottenham's (57) result against Leeds and Brentford's (56) result against Man City.
