Emmerdale star Joshua Richards looks totally different in unearthed 90s snap
Emmerdale star Joshua Richards looked worlds away from his usual self on the soap in an unearthed picture from the 90s.
Joshua plays Bear Wolf in the ITV series after arriving in 2019. He plays the secret father of Paddy Kirk.
His character is known to have a fully luscious grey beard and a close-shaved hairstyle.
However, the soap star, whose age hasn't been reported, looked completely different from his Dales character in a snap from his 90s TV appearance.
The actor looked dapper when he appeared in a supporting role in the classic 90s series, Heartbeat.

He took on the role of DI Haggarty for a couple of episodes.
He looked dapper in the 90s show, HeartbeatAn eagle-eyed fan noticed him in the 90s show and rushed to social media to point him out to other Emmerdale fans.
"I’m just watching Heartbeat and I’m sure this must be Bear from Emmerdale," they posted.
The fan also attached a snap of Joshua in the show with his dark hair slicked back in a classy manner.
He also rocked a black suit and a white button-up shirt while looking sombre.
Fans were shocked, with one chiming in: "It must be, he was just a Cub back then."
"Knew I'd seen him somewhere before Emmerdale," another posted.
He's usually known for his bushy beard on EmmerdaleAfter a few years in the Dales, his character established a close friendship with Marlon Dingle (played by Mark Charnock) and Mary Goskirk (played by Louise Jameson).
In real life, Joshua appeared in a few William Shakespeare stage productions as well as TV series.
He played Bardolph in Henry IV, Jones in The Lighthouse, and Lord Ross in Richard II.

Joshua also had small roles in Downton Abbey, Devil's Bridge, High Hopes, The New Adventures of Robin Hood and, most recently, A Very English Scandal.
In 2004, the soap star also appeared in the US blockbuster Troy.
