Man City face Fulham in the Premier League on Sunday afternoon, with Pep Guardiola's side hoping to keep up momentum after they won their seventh successive league game against Arsenal on Wednesday night.

The 4-1 win sees the defending champions take a big step towards the title, as they are now just two points behind the Gunners with two games in hand. However, they still have seven matches left to play, starting with a trip to Craven Cottage.

Marco Silva's team have lost five of their last seven matches, with his side suffering a dip in form since confirming their survival in the top flight. However, wins against Everton and Leeds will have brought renewed confidence as they hope to end the season on a high after a successful campaign overall.

City have beaten Fulham on their last 13 meetings, with the run going back over 10 years and Guardiola will be keen for that record to continue with a win in this fixture. There is still a treble to be won, with Wednesday night's win taking the club one step closer to an historic achievement, meaning that all eyes will be on City's remaining fixtures until the end of the season.

Team news:

The only current absentee for City is centre-back Nathan Ake, who is currently out with a thigh injury, but is likely to return in the next couple of weeks with a chance to be fit for the Champions League semi-final against Real Madrid.

Fulham, meanwhile remain without star man Aleeksandr Mitrovic and could also have to make do without fellow big name Willian after suffering an injury against Leeds last weekend. Layvin Kurzawa has also been out since March, but could return after a prognosis of 4-6 weeks and Harry Wilson could be well again after suffering illness in midweek.
