Missing girl, 1, found dead in drawer in abandoned building, mum's partner held
The body of missing one-year-old Oaklee Snow has been found in a drawer in an abandoned building, officials confirmed.
The girl's body was found in Morgan County, Indiana.
Roan Waters, her mum's boyfriend, faces charges of murder and neglect of a dependent resulting in death.
Her mum, 22-year-old Madison Marshall, has already faced neglect charges involving Oaklee's baby brother.
On Tuesday, Marshall's charges were updated to include those of neglect of a dependent resulting in death and assisting a criminal.

The girl's dad reported her and another child missing from his home in Cromwell, Oklahoma.
The father said Marshall and Waters took his children and were allegedly heading to Indianapolis.
Mum Madison Marshall, 22, of IndianapolisWaters was arrested in Colorado on an outstanding warrant on March 3 and it is believed Marshall was staying with him at the time.
Marshall was tracked to North Carolina where she was arrested.
She allegedly told police that Waters killed Oaklee and then they moved her body to Morgan County, Indiana.

Not only did these two individuals fail to live up to that responsibility, but the allegations in the probable cause affidavit indicate that Oaklee suffered a horrific death and an abandonment that diminished the dignity that any child deserves.
"I want to thank the multiple law enforcement agencies and our prosecutors who worked tirelessly to locate this child and seek justice on her behalf."

They allegedly abandoned the boy at the house before Waters’ family took him into care and returned him to his father in Oklahoma.
A neighbour told police they had seen Marshall and Waters leaving the drug house with “what looked like a child wrapped in a blanket,” documents revealed.

The witness said the child did not appear to be moving, talking or crying.
The girl was abducted from her dad's house in JanuaryInvestigators previously said they believed that the girl was likely dead and the couple later disposed of her body somewhere in Indiana.
In the new charging documents, investigators described Marshall leading police “hysterical and sobbing” to an abandoned home in the outskirts of Morgantown, where the body of her daughter was found.
The remains were badly decomposed but appeared to be a blonde-haired girl.
A positive ID of the girl has yet to be made.
Court documents said that Oaklee Snow likely died on February 9.
Marshall told police she remembered her and Waters being woken up by the baby because she was hungry.
Marshall accused Waters of throwing the child on the floor after getting angry over the crying.
Later Waters reportedly shouted for Marshall with the mum running in to find Oaklee, struggling to breathe.
She claims she tried to call 911 but Waters stopped her.
They then drove the girl to Morgan County where her body was allegedly disposed of.
