Stormy Daniels ‘proud’ of Trump indictment and says 'justice is served'
Stormy Daniels has reacted to the vote in favour of Donald Trump ’s indictment, saying she is “proud” of the result and that he is “no longer untouchable”.
A grand jury voted to indict the former US president for his alleged hush money payments to Daniels.
The adult film star, 44, said she is now ready to face him in court.
She told The Times: "A person in power is not exempt from the law. And no matter what your job is, or what your bank account says, you’re held accountable for the things you’ve said and done, and justice is served."

The payment was made a week before the 2016 election.
According to reports he could also face up to 30 charges related to business fraud.
It is likely that Trump will appear before the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg on Tuesday.
In a letter to Republican House committee chairs, Bragg wrote: "We urge you to refrain from these inflammatory accusations, withdraw your demand for information, and let the criminal justice process proceed without unlawful political interference."

Daniels admitted that when the news came, she had just woken up from a nap and had gone outside to ride her horse.
She said: "I was on a horse named Redemption." Upon receiving the news, she said “there was no warning”.

She said: "The first time it was 'gold digger,' 's**t,' 'w***e,' 'liar,' whatever, and this time it’s ‘I’m gonna murder you’. They’re way more violent and graphic."
Daniels also admitted that despite being afraid, she won’t be deterred from facing him in court, going on to say: "I’ve seen him naked. There’s no way he could be scarier with his clothes on."
