Lawyer for woman who 'decapitated lover' quits after he's 'beaten by client'
A lawyer for a woman who allegedly decapitated her lover quit after he was savagely beaten by his client.
Taylor Schabusiness, 25, who is alleged to have decapitated her lover and cut up other parts of his body during a drug-fuelled sex game, attacked her lawyer in a Wisconsin court room.
Images showed Schabusiness rush at her attorney Quinn Jolly at around 8.48am in the Brown County circuit court in Greenbay, Wisconsin, US.
Despite being handcuffed she appears to manage to hit the lawyer on the head with her elbow, but he does not suffer any injuries.
At the time of the hearing, Jolly announced he would file a motion to be removed from the case, a request which has now been granted by a judge.

Brown County Judge Thomas Walsh said: "I am satisfied based upon the assertions, and obviously, I was here in court for the last hearing, I saw the events that transpired.

Footage of the incident shows a security guard intervene and struggle to control Schabusiness on the ground as she continues to put up resistance before reinforcements arrive.
The attack happened moments after a judge agreed to delay her trial, with Mr Jolly asking for an additional two weeks for a defence expert to review his client's competency to stand trial.
Moments after Judge Thomas Walsh reluctantly agreed to postpone her March 6 trial, Schabusiness attacked Jolly and was wrestled to the courtroom floor by the deputy. The courtroom was then cleared before the hearing resumed.

Authorities say she strangled Thyrion at a home in Green Bay, sexually abused him and dismembered his body, leaving parts of him throughout the house and in a vehicle.
Schabusiness has pleaded not guilty, and not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect. She is being held on a $2million cash bond.
