Cop fired in police station sex scandal blames 'extremely persistent' sergeant

A woman fired from a police force amid a sex scandal says she feared her sergeant would hurt her if she revealed their sexual relationship - and that he would "stick his d*** in anything".

Former police officer Maegan Hall was accused of having intimate relationships with six male officers of the same department, including a three-way with one of the officers' wives, it was claimed.

The sergeant, in his defence, has blamed the female ex-cop saying that "everyone knows she is a nympho".

Five police officers of the La Vergne Police Department in Tennessee, US, were fired and three more suspended after it was revealed they were engaging in sexual acts - even while on duty and at the police station.

According to a report on the bombshell investigation, the city's mayor reported the accusations in a communication with the police department's HR, citing an unnamed source.

The terminated officers are patrol officer Maegan Hall, patrol officer Juan Lugo-Perez, Sgt. Henry Ty McGowan, Sgt. Lewis Powell and detective Seneca Shields.

The suspended officers are Patrol and K-9 Officer Larry Holladay, Patrol Officer Patrick Magliocco and Patrol Officer Gavin Schoeberl.

According to transcripts of the interviews that took place as part of the investigation, obtained by WSMV4, the woman claimed that her superior, Powell, was "extremely persistent" in having sex with her, and would "throw it on" her.

She said: "There were times when I really didn’t want to have sex and he would kind of throw it on me. A lot of the times I would end up just doing it just to get him to stop asking."

According to her, the sergeant demanded intercourse "quid pro quo" for supposedly providing advice on her marriage, and that she felt "stuck" and "couldn’t figure out a way to get out of it".

When asked by the investigator whether she was assaulted and whether their sexual relationship was consensual, she replied: "At the end of the day it was consensual because I agreed to it."

At another point in the conversation, Hall said: "I got stupid, I got desperate, I guess - and guys are guys and they’ll stick their d*** in anything."

Hall admitted to having sex with Officer Larry Holladay but said she didn’t think it had to be reported because they weren’t dating, and she wasn’t on duty.

Hall also admitted to having oral sex with Sgt. Lewis Powell at one of the La Vergne Police Department’s substations.

She added she had a threesome with Officer Patrick Magliocco and his wife, according to the transcripts. She also had sex with Magliocco multiple other times.

She added she sent nude photos to Officer Gavin Schoeberl, Magliocco, Powell and Holladay, according to the transcript of her interview. She said she received nude photos from several officers.
