The house is believed to have sold for a record price in the celebrity-heavy area, and is perfect for family man Ant, who is a massive Newcastle fan like his TV partner Declan Donnelly.

“Though anyone who claps eyes on the incredible house could not blame Ant for wanting to snap it up as the perfect home for his burgeoning family.”
Celebrities including Sir Elton John, Amanda Holden and Kate Winslet all live in the well-heeled area.
