Telly favourite Ant McPartlin has snapped up a £10million mansion in “Britain’s Beverly Hills” from former Chelsea skipper Cesar Azpilicueta.

The ITV star, 50, has moved into the seven-bedroom “eco-pad” — situated in a plush Surrey town — with wife Anne-Marie and their two-year-old son Wilder.

The house is believed to have sold for a record price in the celebrity-heavy area, and is perfect for family man Ant, who is a massive Newcastle fan like his TV partner Declan Donnelly.

An insider said: “The fact he’s bought his house from a legend from a Premier League rival is certainly likely to get a response from other members of the Toon Army.

“Though anyone who claps eyes on the incredible house could not blame Ant for wanting to snap it up as the perfect home for his burgeoning family.”

Celebrities including Sir Elton John, Amanda Holden and Kate Winslet all live in the well-heeled area.

I’m A Celebrity and Britain’s Got Talent presenter Ant has moved there from his old house in Wimbledon, South West London, which he purchased for £6million in 2019, and sold at the end of last year.

Spanish star Cesar, 36, played for Chelsea from 2012 to 2023, winning a string of trophies including two Prem titles and a Champions League.

In 2021 he bought a plot of land and oversaw building of the three-storey property, which has seven bedrooms, gym, swimmingpool and cinema room.

Cesar also included several ecological features, including six bat boxes, a fish-free pond to attract a variety of wildlife, and three “bee hotels”.
