We all know the importance of cleaning our bathrooms, but scrubbing our showers is one of those tedious and time-consuming tasks many of us put off doing - if that's you, continue reading.

Unsightly limescale or product residue can quickly build up if cleaning is avoided. Thankfully, one clever woman says there is an easy and "life-changing" trick which means you will "never" have to deep clean your shower ever again. While most of us reach for cream cleaners, scouring pads, and ammonia-based products to tackle soap scum and limescale, mum-of-four Jeannie says you will not need any of those products.

The cleaning lover took to TikTok via her account @alittleaboutalot to share how keeps her shower clean. Jeannie's video has now been viewed over 422,000 times with people going wild over the hack. Jeanie explained that she keeps a long handled sponge in her bathroom and the handle is filled with a mixture of washing up liquid and vinegar.

Each time she uses the shower or bath, Jeannie then wipes down all the surfaces with the sponge. This stops her bathroom from getting dirty or mouldy. After going over the shower with the sponge, the mum then rinses it down with water.

Explaining her hack, the mum explained: "I have one of these in each of our showers and baths and it has half [washing liquid] and half vinegar. After I'm done taking a shower, I clean the shower so there's no deep cleaning shower days.

"I have it in the kids bathroom too and after they take a bath, the older ones will do a quick scrub and it'll keep the bath clean too." Someone else commented: "This is life changing."

Jeannie also insisted that products she used did not make her bathroom smell like vinegar. She also explained how the sponge could be used on glass doors as well. She repeated the process, wiping the glass with the long handled sponge and rinsing it, before going over it with a squeegee to remove water marks.

A number of people reacted to Jennie's video and applauded the hack. One viewer proclaimed it to be the "answer to all my problems". Another branded it a "game-changer". "This is so smart," wrote a third. "This is the most Monica Geller thing I've ever seen," added a different user.
