Prince Harry 'doesn't see his part in the family bust-up' as tensions continue to flare

Prince Harry "doesn't see his part in the family bust-up", it has been claimed, as tensions continue to flare within the monarchy.

Over the weekend a new Prince Harry documentary began streaming on the Disney-owned platform Hulu which dubbed Prince William as "jealous" of Harry's success with Invictus and claimed King Charles doesn't have a relationship with his grandchildren Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet.

The program titled Prince Harry's Mission: Life, Family, and the Invictus Games, uses the recent interview Harry gave to Good Morning America where he professed his love for his family. And now, royal expert and author Tom Quinn has exclusively told The Mirror that Harry feels as though he has "been wronged" and struggles to see his part in the family feud.

"Harry feels he is the one who has been wronged and that the rest of the family should be happy and grateful he is prepared to try to forgive," Quinn says. "He doesn’t see his own part in the family bust-up."

He went on: "This is why he went on Good Morning America to say ‘I love my family’ – it plays brilliantly with the American public and gives Harry the chance to step once more into the limelight and to play the role of the mature character able to forgive the terrible wrongs he has suffered."

Concluding his analysis, Mr Quinn went on to say that "trouble with being Harry is that for all his complaints about the media he feels lost when the media ignore him", noting: "being the focus of world attention may be a pain but being ignored is worse. Extending the olive branch as Harry appears to be doing, brings the kind of publicity he loves."

Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle stepped down as senior working royals in 2020, with them moving to the States shortly after. Since moving to America, the couple have worked on various projects where they have spoken out about their time in the Royal Family and the negative views they hold.
