A young woman who died in Tower Hamlets has been named and pictured for the first time.

Officers received reports of a 21-year-old woman being found unconscious in E14 on February 8, where they found Teddi Baker. She was pronounced dead at the scene, with a post-mortem taking place the following day. Details of that examination are yet to be revealed.

The Metropolitan Police is appealing for further information in relation to a fight the night before, February 7, on Dod Street. It specified that the incident is thought to have happened near an alleyway leading to Limehouse Cut canal. The time of the incident was between 10pm and 12.30am.

Cops believe there are several witnesses to the fight, and a woman in her 20s has been arrested on suspicion of murder. She has been released on bail.
