Coronation Street star publicly apologises to co-star after heartbreaking scenes
Coronation Street viewers witnessed heartbreaking scenes in recent episodes as Mason Radcliffe led a bullying campaign against Liam Connor.
Liam has been relentlessly tormented by Mason and his friends for months. He's been subjected to abuse both online and in person and has been hiding his suffering from his friends and family. At one point, he got told off when he reacted to his ex-friend and neighbour Dylan's bullying by pushing him against a school wall.
His mum Maria Windass soon learned about what was happening to her son and let Liam (played by Charlie Wrenshall) stay off school. On Tuesday, he had to return to classes but, unfortunately, Mason's bullying didn't stop. Luca Toolan, who plays Mason in the long-running soap, took to social media to show fans that they all get along in real life.
In the sweet snap, Charlie looked happy as he posed with Luca, Dylan star Liam McCheyne, and fellow actor Harvey Booth. He simply captioned the post with a red love heart. The official Coronation Street page reposted the snap on their Stories and added: "All friends really."
