Love Island viewers make plea to show bosses as fans declare 'new winners'
Love Island fans have demanded a public vote as they're desperate for two Islanders to couple up so they can win the ITV2 show.
Viewers will recall that exes Callum Jones and Molly Smith both entered the villa as bombshells at the start of the series - with neither of them seemingly having any idea each other was going into the show. The former couple had been an item since meeting on the winter series of the show back in 2020 but sadly split last year.
At the start, fans were hopeful there could be a reunion but the two Islanders have since pursued other Islanders. On Monday's episode, the two exes had a heart-to-heart. Callum said: "I feel like we've got a really good dynamic going on at the minute. It's nice. It sounds really weird for me to say, I'm happy that you're cracking onto my mate."

I actually want you to be happy, I'm here for you, anyway, I've always got your back. It's nice to see you happy. It's actually nice that we're friends."
Viewers were quick to take to Twitter, now X, demanding a public vote so they could pair up Callum and Molly so they could win the show. One person said: "I need Callum and Molly to hurry up and get back together, they’re made for eachother #LoveIsland" while another person said: "We’ve all had our fun, now Callum and Molly, it’s time to get married you can’t deny that chemistry?!? #loveisland."

Elsewhere, one person said: "Can Molly and Callum just get back together #LoveIslandAllStars #LoveIsland", a different account put: "Producers need to get the public to vote couples so we can vote molly and Callum to be in a couple then they can see the public is routing for them #loveisland" while another wrote: "I just want Callum and Molly back together at this point so they can win #loveisland."
Meanwhile, another show watcher wrote: "Petition for Callum and Molly to rekindle their romance and win #LoveIsland" while a different viewer added: "Producers need to let us choose who the islanders go on dates with so we can vote Molly and Callum for a date then they’d know the public are behind them #LoveIsland."
