Biden unleashes rant against Trump warning he has to 'hold his Irish temper'
Joe Biden attacked Donald Trump expressing anger over alleged derogatory remarks about fallen soldiers, labeling him a threat to democracy.
The US President strongly criticized Donald Trump during a fundraiser in Nevada on Sunday, expressing his frustration over reported comments by the disgraced former US President about fallen American soldiers. Biden mentioned his late son, Beau, who served in the Delaware National Guard in Iraq and passed away in 2015.
Biden revealed his struggle to control his temper around Trump, particularly in response to allegations that Trump referred to soldiers as "suckers" and "losers."
Biden said: "This is a guy, when he was in France, they asked him to go to American Cemetery.
"You know what he said? He said those folks were suckers and losers. Suckers and losers for God's sake. I'm glad I wasn't there. No I should say that.

The president defended the honour of servicemen and women, claiming: "My son was not a sucker, nor were any of yours. Who does this guy think he is talking about Americans?"
The president continued his condemnation of Trump during a rally in Las Vegas, highlighting a specific incident in 2018 when Trump allegedly refused to visit a cemetery near Paris for American World War I soldiers, dismissing them as 'suckers' and 'losers.' Trump has denied these claims.

During a more intimate gathering with wealthy donors in Henderson, Nevada, Biden referred to Trump as 'Donald Hoover Trump,' making a historical reference to Herbert Hoover.
He emphasized Trump's perceived threat to democracy and criticized his record on jobs. Biden also condemned Trump's reported desire for a recession during Biden's tenure, calling it 'unbelievable' and 'un-American.'
Biden said: "It sounds unbelievable, un-American, that a sitting — that a former president seeking the office is hoping for a recession."

He told donors at the private home in Henderson, Nevada, that if they came to Washington, he’d show them the White House dining room table where Trump, according to ex-aides, sat transfixed for hours in front of the TV as the rioters he’d fired up with his rhetoric stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.
“We have to keep the White House,” he said., “We must keep the Senate” and win back the House. Accomplish that, he said, and “we can say we saved American democracy.” He was equally blunt in talking up his record at his subsequent rally where he implored voters to “imagine the nightmare of Donald Trump.”
