Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been accused of 'bullying' the late Queen Elizabeth II in the later years of her life, according to a royal expert.

The criticism comes as the Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently voiced their opinions on cyber bullying, where Meghan compared the internet to a car. Yte rotal biographer and expert Angela Levin has hit back at the couple as she called them 'hypocrites' for making their cyber bullying speech.

Speaking to GB News presenter Nana Akua, Levin explained: "They come up and said they're really concerned about children bullying and cyber-bullying and [that] it's a terrible thing to do. Perhaps they shouldn't have done bullying.

She added: "You know, again, it's this hypocrisy that they have that makes it very difficult to believe them."

Prince Harry and Meghan's financial future is thought to be hanging in the balance over their deal with Netflix, which is up for renewal next year and is not yet confirmed. It is thought that the Sussexes could jump ship from Netflix when their contract ends in 2025, and instead team up with Paramount Pictures. Earlier this month the Sussexes made a rare public appearance when they attended the premiere of Bob Marley: One Love in Kingston, Jamaica following an invitation from the CEO of Paramount Pictures. The Paramount CEO, Brian Robbins, is reportedly friends with the Duke and Duchess, with him and his wife owning a $17 million home in Montecito, close to the Sussexes' Montecito mansion that they have resided in since 2020.

The couple were also dealt a fresh blow as their popularity has plummeted since stepping down as senior working Royals in 2020. In a new poll, which was carried out by Ipsos and taken as King Charles and Princess of Wales recovered in hospital from health scares last month, the Sussexes' popularity reached new lows. According to reports, almost half of people asked weren't very keen on Prince Harry.

Almost half, 47 percent to be precise, of those questioned have an "unfavourable opinion" of the Duke of Sussex, with just 23 percent of those asked holding a "positive opinion" of him.

Meanwhile, his wife Meghan's popularity has also dipped, with 54 percent of those asked holding an "unfavourable opinion" of her. And only 18 percent of those surveyed revealed they thought of her in a "positive" light, showing a five percent drop since the last poll. Meghan's latest polling percentage is now her lowest ranking in the past five years, with the former actress likely taken aback by this scoring.
