Holly Willoughby has urged her fans to "protect their energy".

The Dancing on Ice presenter and former This Morning host is the founder of her own lifestyle brand Wylde Moon. The brand, which promises "guidance to help you reconnect with yourself" posted a teaser for a seven-step ritual to help "let go" on Instagram.

"This 'letting go' ritual can help you move forward," the post read as the caption added: "Letting things go can be one of the biggest challenges we face in our lives. We’re emotionally complex, and often find ourselves holding on to what no longer serves us. This 7-step ritual will truly help you to let go. Promise." (sic) The ritual encourages readers to focus on a "negative thought pattern, a habit, a past experience, or anything that no longer serves you" and write it down before "releasing" it by setting it alight.

In a separate post, Wylde Moon told its followers: "Invest your energy wherever it will yield the most joy," alongside an inspirational quote, which read: "Your energy is your most precious currency. Consider your endeavours and relationships as investments, and spend it wisely."

Holly returned to TV last month to host Dancing on Ice after announcing her exit from This Morning in October following an alleged kidnap plot. She had hosted This Morning for 14 years before her departure, but had been rocked with scandal earlier in 2023 when Phillip Schofield left ITV after admitting to an "unwise but not illegal" affair with a former younger male colleague.

Holly's ITV co-star Lorraine Kelly recently addressed the former presenting duo's departure from This Morning. "If you'd told me at the start of last year that Holly and Phil Schofield wouldn't be on This Morning, I wouldn't have believed you," she told Women and Home. "But you know what? The show will continue. She'll be fine." Lorraine also reassured fans about Phillip and added: "He'll be fine. Eventually. It will all be OK."

Speaking fondly of her former colleagues, she continued: "They're good people, I miss them. They're smashing, they made me laugh a lot and every time I was on This Morning as a guest, they were a delight."

Last year, Holly told fans she will "miss them all so much" after explaining she had to leave This Morning for her family. She said: "To everyone who has ever worked on the show over the years, thank you so so much. This is such a difficult goodbye, you are incredible and I forever will be proud of what we've done together. Thank you to everyone at ITV for being supportive. To every guest who has sat on our sofa, thank you."

"It's been an honour to just be part of its story and I know this story has many chapters left to go. Sadly, however, I now feel I have to make this decision for me and my family," she added.
