Love Island legend parades new boyfriend after quitting fame for religion
Love Island star Katie Salmon says she is happy and in love after going Instagram official with her boyfriend - and after fame.
The 28-year-old reality star found fame in 2016 when she was a contestant on the second season of Love Island. In the years since she appeared on the hit ITV series, Katie has been on quite a personal journey.
She made headlines during her time on the show by entering the first same-sex coupling when she partnered with Sophie Gradon. Katie went on to date a model named Danielle Whittaker in 2017 but later returned to dating men.
She enjoyed a romance with a man named Harry whom she became engaged to and welcomed a child with in 2022 - only for the romance to end six months after their daughter, Thaiga, arrived. Now she has found love again with a 39-year-old man named Joe Rossi, who is the director of a company called Life Seed Botanicals.

Joe first featured on Katie's Instagram in November last year (Instagram)Taking to Instagram on Sunday, Katie proudly posed with her new man, snuggling up to him while they enjoyed an evening out at a restaurant. The star shared the image via Instagram, along with a caption stating: “Happiness with you,” alongside a red heart emoji.

She later shared a selfie alongside Joe via her Instagram stories which she uploaded with a caption saying “love you” while smiling beside her new man. Katie has taken to promoting Joe’s company - sharing a link to his website via her Instagram page.
Fans were intrigued when Katie updated her Instagram account biography to state she is a “follower of Christ”. The update came as she turned her back on modelling via the adult content website OnlyFans.
Katie shares a daughter named Thaiga with ex-fiancé, Harry (mirror.co.uk)Explaining her decision to stop posing for risqué snaps, Katie told OK! Magazine in December last year: “I was obviously doing OnlyFans after I had my baby, but it wasn't really sitting right with me.
“It helped me step away from the platform and really take a bigger look. And I found that every time I'd go on social media, all my pages were covered in the same thing that I was doing, and it made me realise that I didn't want my daughter to be doing what I was doing, and I’d do everything in my power to make sure she doesn't.
“That made me really look at myself and think that it was time for changes. I couldn't just step away from the money, but unfortunately, I had to in the end and it turned out to be the best thing for me.”
