Meghan Markle's engagement ring is back after 'going missing' as mystery solved

Meghan Markle made a big change to her wedding ring collection as she attended the Bob Marley: One Love film premiere with her husband Prince Harry.

The Duchess of Sussex looked very glamorous at the star-studded event in Kingston, Jamaica, last week. She wore a long flowing skirt and a matching top which featured spaghetti straps, while styling her hair into a bun.

Meghan added statement gold earrings and opted for a glamorous makeup look, complete with pink lipstick. The former Suits star also stepped out wearing her engagement ring, something which has been missing from her ring finger for eight months.

She looked incredible at the premiere

One eagle-eyed fan spotted the return of the ring and took to TikTok to share her theory of why Meghan had been ditching the ring in recent months. Speaking in a video, TikTok user hrhgossip said: "Apparently it's been getting fixed, whatever that means.

"My theory is that it was being upgraded for their fifth wedding anniversary to get like, maybe some extra diamonds for Archie and Lily." Meghan has made headlines in recent months after ditching the ring at a number of big events.

She decided not to wear it as she attended the Invictus Games in September, despite wearing plenty of other jewellery such as a £7,000 Cartier bracelet, a £50,000 Lorraine Schwartz diamond pinky ring and Princess Diana's priceless Cartier Tank watch. A similar version of this costs £21,400.

Meghan was also seen without her engagement ring while relaxing with pals during a birthday celebration. As she posed for a selfie with Kadi Lee and Cleo Wade, Meghan's ring finger on her left hand only had her wedding and eternity rings on it.

When Harry and Meghan appeared at the Women of Vision Awards back in May, she was also without the ring. Fans were left puzzled over the whereabouts of the ring and some worried about the Sussexes marriage. Speaking to Page Six, a source reassured fans and claimed the ring was "being fixed".

Harry designed the stunning engagement ring himself. It made with two diamonds from his mum Diana's collection and one from Botswana, on a plain gold band.

However, less than two years later, the ring looked very different after a redesign, which Meghan debuted at Trooping the Colour in 2019. By then, Meghan was wearing the ring on a thinner micropave band - along with another stunning ring.
