The Traitors in 'fix' row as 'wonder boy' Harry given huge decision
The Traitors aired a surprise twist this evening as Harry was given a big decision to make.
Fans tuning into the BBC show branded it a 'fix' when Harry managed to select the sacred sword after the group completed their mission to add an extra £7,000 to the prize pot. They all picked swords out of a stone, but it was Harry that picked out the unbroken sword and thus was given the choice of taking the £7,000 for himself or putting it into the prize pot.
He ended up choosing to put the £7,000 into the prize pot for the sake of the whole group, insisting he would be able to win the money alongside the Faithful and share it with the others when he wins, with them not knowing he's really a Traitor.
Angry fans took to Twitter to fume over Harry getting the sword, whilst even Evie called him "wonder boy" for securing the prize.
The Traitors contestants took part in a final mission (BBC)One wrote: "IT’S A FIX! #TheTraitors Obvs Harry gets the sword…." whilst a second added: "Oh of course Harry got the bloody sword… #TheTraitors." A third shared: "Nooooo! Out of everyone that could’ve pulled out that sword, of course it had to be Harry." A fourth wrote: "ofc harry was gonna win the sword #TheTraitors," with a fifth sharing: "I swear this series is rigged for Harry it was so obvious he would get the sword #TheTraitors." A sixth penned: "not even surprised Harry got the sacred sword LOL #TheTraitors."
EastEnders' Jake Wood's snap of son has fans pointing out the pair's likeness
Harry previously revealed he'd love to be a Traitor - and admitted he's good at lying.
"I want to be a Traitor so bad! I know everyone says it, but I’ve always said I feel like I’ve got a Jekyll and Hyde in me where Monday to Friday I’m a Corporal and as soon as it hits Friday, I’m just Harry and I don’t want to think about work for the weekend. I also have five brothers and sisters so I can tell little white lies and I make myself believe them first and then it just becomes the truth," he said.
Asked how far he'd be prepared to go to win the show, he said in his pre-show interview: "All the way, 100%. Traitor or Faithful, either way I’m going all the way to the end. I’m going in there to win it. Especially as a Traitor, I’ve already thought of how I would’ve handled situations from the last series. I’ve thought of everything. It sounds so bad, and I feel guilty already, but at the end of the day it’s a game and I’m sure everyone will be happy when it's all over. I’ll buy them a couple of drinks!"
