Kyle Walker had 'secret hotel sex' with Lauryn Goodman before groin surgery

Kyle Walker allegedly fathered his second child with Lauryn Goodman around the time that he underwent an operation.

The footballer, 33 - who has played for Manchester City since 2017 - is the father of the around six-month-old daughter that Lauryn, 32, welcomed in around June last year. He's previously fathered a son Kairo, now three, with Lauryn.

Kyle was on a break from his wife Annie Kilner, now 30 - with whom he shares three children - when Lauryn got pregnant in 2019. The circumstances around their alleged "rendezvous" three years later are unclear.

According to The Sun, Kyle allegedly fathered a second child with Lauryn "on the eve of a groin operation" in 2022. He had a procedure on October 4 that year, after sustaining an injury in a match against Manchester United days earlier. It's claimed that the pair met in a London hotel just hours before the surgery which was deemed a success.

The outlet reports that prior to the operation, Kyle had "a secret rendezvous" with Lauryn. It claims that the reunion saw Lauryn fall pregnant with her daughter, whose name has yet to be announced, and who was born last year. Manchester City confirmed that right-back Kyle had surgery in a statement at the time. It read: "[Kyle] has undergone surgery after suffering a groin injury to his left leg during the first half of our 6-3 win over Manchester United on Sunday."

The club added in the statement, which was shared through its official website: "The surgery was successful and a more detailed prognosis will be provided in due course. Everyone at Manchester City wishes Kyle a speedy recovery."

Kyle issued his own statement on X, then known as Twitter, that same week. Alongside a photo of himself in a hospital bed, he wrote in a tweet: "As players we have to appreciate injuries are part and parcel of the game we love."

He went on to confirm the date of the surgery in the tweet. Kyle added in his message: "My operation on Tuesday was a success and now I can concentrate on my rehab and getting back to full fitness." He then concluded by writing: "I will be supporting my teammates every day in any way I can."

Lauryn has since confirmed that the defender is the father of her daughter and they have enjoyed family days out. She remained tight-lipped about the girl's dad. Until Christmas – when she sent Annie a message confirming her paternity.

The mum-of-two claims she was forced to come clean to Annie so they could move on "as adults" after Kyle was "too weak" to come clean. Lauryn says she waited till she knew Kyle was playing away with Manchester City after Christmas and seized the opportunity to speak to Annie.

After contacting Annie on December 27, she explained to The Sun: "I don't think Annie wanted to believe it was true, which is understandable. She kept asking for proof so I showed her the DNA test but even then she doubted it was real until I pointed out my daughter's name on the paperwork."

Annie has also kicked Kyle out of their family home in Prestbury, Cheshire, following the revelations and announced her decision to separate from Walker last week. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Annie told her followers: "I am posting this in response to growing recent media enquiries about my marriage to Kyle and in an effort to protect my family against the intensity of the media spotlight. Sadly, after many years of marriage and three wonderful children together; I have decided to take some time away from Kyle.

Annie, who first met Kyle in their hometown of Sheffield when she was 15 and he 17, concluded her online statement with: "I do not wish to comment on the position any further. For now, I ask that the privacy of myself and our three young children is respected during this difficult time."
