Love Island host Maya Jama admits she's 'gagged' over dramatic plot twist
Maya Jama has admitted being stunned over Love Island's plot twist.
As viewers tuned in for the first instalment of the All Stars series, the producers decided to take things into their own hands and shock the Islanders. Due to the singletons being familiar with the concept of the show, bosses have come up with ways to make things even more dramatic, which the Islanders are not expecting.
This involved the public vote as they decided which celebs would couple up during the first episode, which to the dismay of the singletons when it emerged that exes Liberty Poole and Jake Cornish had been voted to be together. While the nation was left stunned, it appears host Maya was also not expecting it.

Sharing a snap of the view outside of her villa in South Africa, the host penned: "Will post last nights look later but can we talk about THE PLOT TWIST at the end of the episode!? Some of you will know already I ask not to know what's gna happen until last min so I can be gagged with you all."

Maya went on to ask her followers: "What will Callum decide?" with the two options being: "Steal a girl from a couple," and "Pick his ex girlfriend Molly." Callum was first to step into the villa, where he told everyone he had just split up from Molly, who he had been with since meeting on the show. However, in a surprise twist, Molly then appeared too and Callum was given the choice to couple up with her or someone else.

Addressing her ex, Liberty said: "I personally feel, maybe you've just been doing your thing, but I do feel you have been avoiding me a bit and I don't want it to be like that," while Jake responded: "There's no bad blood there.
