Martin Lewis stops live This Morning interview to scold behind-the-scenes staff
Martin Lewis got into a tense live interview on This Morning, forcing him to halt the show.
The Money Saving Expert made an appearance on the ITV daytime programme to take calls from viewers and offer financial advice. Hosts Josie Gibson and Dermot O'Leary welcomed Martin onto the show on Tuesday where he held a phone call discussion with viewers to answer their queries.
He also took time to share the best ways viewers could save money amid the cost-of-living crisis. However, it didn't take long before the segment took an awkward turn as Martin hit out at the behind-the-scenes staff. During a phone call with a viewer, Martin halted the show.

Earlier in the programme, Josie and Dermot dealt with another awkward moment as two guests clashed over King Charles' new publicly-funded portrait.
Made In Chelsea's Ashley James and Nick Ferrari discussed the controversial £8million government-funded scheme related to the monarchy. Ashley argued it is a "disgrace" especially during a cost of living crisis, while royalist Nick was speechless. King Charles has been photographed in his full regalia in the new official portrait.

The picture is ready to hang in public buildings across the UK as part of the £8million government-funded scheme. The cost of the pictures, taken last year by photographer Hugo Burnand, will not be deducted The Crown Estate - with taxpayers instead paying the bill.
Josie asked what Ashley thought, as she replied: "What at great use of public money in a cost of living crisis! How beautiful will a shiny portrait of the King look on a school that's crumbling, and while we're having record waiting times for the NHS? A lovely portrait of the King."
Ashley continued: "I feel like we have been told 'we need to make sacrifices, we're in a cost of living crisis' - before that there's been austriety and covid - and it's always working people that are told to make the sacrifices during hard times, but then they have £8million to roll out for a picture of the King. The Royal Family and Rishi Sunak are both worth billions of pounds yet they're telling us working people that we can't have more money for strikes. We have more food banks than McDonald's [in this country] but they can spend money on a portrait? I just don't understand."
While LBC radio host Nick sarcastically replied: "Thank you for that political party broadcast comrade Ashley." He went on to claim many other countries have official portraits of their monarchs hanging in government buildings.
