Netflix viewers claim there's a twist-packed show that puts even The Traitors in the shade.

Some say they are "addicted" to a new twisted game that comes with an incredible prize. The Trust: A Game of Greed is even more brutal than the backstabbing BBC hit - and there's nearly double the money on offer if you're willing to do the dirty and claim the £196,000 for yourself.

The American show follows 11 total strangers who are given a choice - either split a $250,000 prize evenly among themselves, or vote out the others and grab a larger chunk. In an action-packed trailer, the contestants are seen attempting to convince each other that they can be trusted before the lies all begin.

Netflix called it "the ultimate test of human nature" and said greed and mistrust threaten to destroy even the strongest of relationships. "In this game, everyone starts as winners and they can all leave as winners," the streaming giant explained after the programme kicked off to rave reviews.

Fans have flocked to social media to advise others not to miss out, with one person writing on X, formerly Twitter: "The Trust on Netflix is SO good! Addicted." Another put: "So far The Trust better than Traitors for me." A third penned: "Ok The Trust on Netflix is actually good. I’ll watch this type of show 10x over rather than another corny Love is Blind."

Another wrote: "Netflix knows I love a good messy (not too messy) reality show. I loved The Mole but I don't think it will ever come back. But they told me to watch The Trust so here we are. Everyone is fake and annoying already. Love it." Many others urged people to tune in - but have no idea who to trust!

Traitors fans have been left on edge as they await this week's episodes. All of the remaining players got a pretty stern warning from the presenter, who appeared to have had enough with their inability to hunt down the selected few on the show. Viewers said it was clear Claudia was "disappointed", as she called the Faithfuls out for only finding one enemy, with seven Faithfuls axed so far.

With them being halfway through the series, Claudia called for the Faithfuls to get on with finding the right people to eliminate. As they sat down for breakfast they realised Tracey had been murdered overnight. After the loss of another Faithful, Claudia scolded them by saying their current record was "embarrassing". Giving a warning, she said: "I loved Tracey. Im gonna give you a tally.

"We are halfway through. You have lost seven Faithfuls and you have caught one Traitor. Seven, one. I'd say that's a bit embarrassing. Stop worrying about who has got the jam, stop worrying about how you take your coffee and start paying attention."

The Traitors UK series two airs Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays at 9pm on BBC One and BBC iPlayer.
