Although we're still waiting for official confirmation, it seems almost certain that Samsung will reveal its next batch of shiny new Galaxy phones later next month. In fact, some rumours suggest we could see the S24 range get their grand unveiling as early as January 17 which means there are only a few week left to wait.

If that's got you thinking that you're probably best off not buying a current Galaxy S23 in the new year sales then you might want to think again - certainly if price is important to you.

Some new leaks from the team at GalaxyClub have just revealed how much the S24 could cost and it seems that the more premium Ultra device could get a price rise in 2024. In fact, it might cost you around £50 more when it arrives in stores.

If that wasn't reason enough to consider buying the current S23 Ultra, Samsung is offering some massive incentives to those who ditch their Android phone and purchase its most premium call maker this weekend.

In fact, using the code S23ULTRA150 will knock a whopping £150 off the price and that's not all. There are also free Galaxy Buds2 Pro thrown in as well which are worth another £219 and 12 months of Disney+ at no extra cost. Samsung is also offering its generous trade-in deals which could knock another £500 off the total price depending on what current phone you own.

Of course, the upcoming Galaxy S24 models will be faster, have better cameras, improved AI capabilities and might feature a new look plus.

It's also worth noting that the standard models might actually be slighter cheaper than the current S23. In Europe, you’ll currently pay €949 for an S23 but the S24 might be reduced to €899 when it goes on sale.

As we’ve already mentioned, the same doesn’t appear to be true for the S23 Ultra with that device getting a price of €1,449 according to GalaxyClub. That €50 more than the S23 Ultra cost at launch.

Here's the expected pricing for the S24 range according to GalaxyClub

Galaxy S24: 128GB €899 / 256GB €959

Galaxy S24+: 256GB €1149 / 512GB €1269

Galaxy S24 Ultra: 256GB €1449 / 512GB €1569 / 1TB €1809

If Samsung is going to launch the S24 in January, expect an official announcement on when January's Unpacked event will take place to be made soon.
