Ryan is definitely leaving Weatherfield on Wednesday night, and there is no current plans for a return to air. This does not mean he won't be back, but judging by spoilers and released information, it's thought to be an exit.
Actor Ryan Prescott will depart the role in Wednesday's episode, as his character waves goodbye to loved ones including Debbie and his aunt Carla Connor. After his fling with Daisy was exposed, Ryan was given another chance by Crystal and offered the chance to move to Glasgow with her.

Ryan jumped at the opportunity to get away from the place where his life changed drastically earlier this year. Ryan was severely burned when he stopped Daisy's stalker Justin Rutherford attacking her with acid, only to get hit with the substance.
Will Ryan be back?
There is no current return date or details for Ryan or the actor who plays him, while he hasn't addressed the twist. In Monday's episode, we saw Debbie urging him to reconsider his decision, but it seems his mind is made up.
Debbie had asked: "Why are you going to Glasgow with someone you barely know? Running away won’t solve anything." As she brought up his feelings for Daisy, he told her it was never going to work out for them.
She replied: "You haven’t really tried... it's no reason to leave all your family and friends. If you’re not truly committed to her that’s an accident waiting to happen." Ryan told her: "I need this and I want a fresh start and I am gonna have it. I'm leaving regardless of what you or anyone else thinks."
