Here's the answer (Twitter)The answer was 13! It's the only tank with a straight path with no blockages and will be full first. Did you manage to guess it correctly? The puzzle had a range of answers online, with many correctly guessing 13, but a few people were certain it was 10, if you look closely at the pipes on tank number 8, the pipe going straight to tank 10 is higher than the pipe going to tank 13, which means it would take longer to reach.
